KAI WINKLER
Kai himself would simply describe himself as the tire god of Chemnitz, but if you take a closer look, it quickly becomes clear that he is much more than just that. Art, culture, sport - no area is safe from the family man. Kai is well connected in the city and knows almost every other Chemnitz resident by name and surname. He uses these contacts to chauffeur our bike promotion team to constantly new and interesting projects and challenges. In terms of sport, Kai also has a lot to offer, whether it's the Heavy 24, various Stoneman or various local marathon races.
However, his particular strength lies in riding to the next beer garden. To date, Kai has not relinquished a victory and intends to extend this winning streak.
HAGEN SCHANZE
Hagen is a passionate cyclist himself and often spends over 15,000 km a year in the saddle. Born in Chemnitz, he originally comes from the triathlon sector, but his heart is now beating more and more for cycling. Hagen brings his expertise from the travel industry perfectly to our bike promotion and is our man for everything to do with planning tours, trips and events.
Hagen is a rider like his great idol, the "pirate" Pantani, and prefers to compete with his rivals on long mountains.
ANTON ALBRECHT
The sports student from Halle is an active cyclist and has been part of the Fit4Bike crew since winter 2019. His area of responsibility is diverse and he is deployed wherever help is needed most. Together with Jens, he is the contact person for competitive sports, nutrition and training management and incorporates his own experience and knowledge from his studies into these topics.
JENS OLOMEK
Jens himself was an active amateur racer and won the GDR road championship title in the youth age groups ahead of Jan Ullrich and Danilo Hondo, among others.
He has been successfully training cyclists from amateur to elite level for over 10 years. Jens has contacts in cycling like no other and brings the still young bike promotion on course through his many years of expertise in competitive sports. No practical sports question remains unanswered with Jens and he has already brought many of his protégés a good deal closer to their goals.
Manja Seemann
Due to a knee injury, she had to hang up her running shoes. Looking back, this was a very fortunate circumstance, as it led her to discover her passion for road cycling.
She is our long-distance woman who is always on the lookout for new sporting challenges. Whether with or without luggage on her bike, she feels most comfortable on brevets and marathons and finished the toughest one-day race in the world in 2022. Her motto for the finish line: "You have to be fit enough to drink a beer."
With her expertise in project management, her talent for structure and vision as well as her staying power, she is the person to contact for our future projects.
