CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

All sufficiently trained cyclists are eligible to participate. The StVO must be observed. This applies in particular to the requirement to ride on the right. The organizer assumes no liability. Participation is at your own risk and peril. Special care must be taken at crossroads, junctions and other blind spots. The instructions of stewards and the police must be followed. Failure to follow instructions may result in exclusion from the event. It is compulsory to wear a start number and a helmet. Participants who wish to take part in the event without a helmet will be excluded. Each participant must have sufficient accident and liability insurance. It is forbidden to carry drinking bottles made of aluminum, glass or other non-deformable materials. Registration is considered complete once the entry fee has been received. The organizer is entitled to change the route in case of bad weather or other unforeseen events. In the event of danger to life and limb of the participants, the cycling race may also be canceled or aborted. If the event is canceled due to force majeure or by approval authorities, there is no entitlement to a refund of the entry fee. If a participant does not start, there is also no entitlement to a refund of the entry fee. It is not possible to transfer the registration to another participant. The participant agrees that images of the event and his/her personal data may be processed and published as part of the event. By signing the registration form or the electronic registration form, the participant accepts the conditions of participation and the organizer's disclaimer.

Participation is at your own risk. The organizer accepts no liability for damage of any kind. This applies to both personal injury and damage to property, in particular for the consequences of accidents and for lost items such as bicycles, accessories and clothing. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, official orders or safety reasons, the participant has no claim to compensation. By receiving the start number, each participant bindingly declares that there are no health concerns against his/her participation and that he/she is in sufficient training condition. The participant agrees that he/she may be removed from the event if he/she exceeds the checkpoint closing time or maximum passage times, violates the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) or runs the risk of damaging his/her health. Each participant recognizes the exclusion of liability with the registration.
